Cold Calling by telephone, identifying and contacting numerous potential and existing customers daily.
Managing and analyzing a sales database, ensuring all calls are logged accurately, including contact details and any follow updates or other action required
Direct selling of company range to current and potential customers.
Up-selling and ensuring that all customers are buying the fullest possible range from the company.
Maximize order Revenue.
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails - ensuring high conversion rates.
Understand customer needs and requirements.
Responsible for developing new customer leads while maintaining a relationship with existing customers.
Meeting and exceeding sales targets; Achieve targets set out by Head of Sales across categories.
Communicate with clients on standard formats by email regarding forthcoming new product introductions and promotions.
Ensure that all customer calls, including email inquires are answered quickly and efficiently.
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree Holder
Excellent communication skills in English VERBAL & WRITTEN
Excellent Common on MS
Relentless Hardworking & Ambitious
Excellent Persuasive Skills
Experience within the same industry would be an advantage.
Telecom Industry 3 years Preferred
Telemarketing: 3 years Preferred
