Required Skills:

- At least 10+ years of hands-on experience in different functional testing.
- Hands on, in writing test plan, test scenario and test cases.
- Well aware of the complete QA lifecycle in Agile world.
- Experienced with testing of cloud applications and technologies.
- Good Analytical and Observational skills with very good problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in fast paced environment and deliver in tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Should be detailed oriented, have a drive to learn.
- Should have experience to mentor and motivate other team members.
- Should proactively implement best practices and maintain team standards.

Following skills will be an added advantage:

- Experienced in testing on different platforms like mobile devices, tablets etc.
- Experienced with automation tools like Selenium Web Driver and Cypress.
- Experienced with testing of large data sets, scalability testing.
- Experienced with testing of Failover, Failback and HA.
- Good command over performance testing for web-based applications using any of the tools like
JMeter / Load Runner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Learn the company’s software application from both a functional and a transactional basis.
- Review and understand Product and Business requirements.
- Design and implement test plans and test cases.
- Will make sure that test cases are written with decided guidelines in Test Management tool.
- Effectively and efficiently utilization of team members and train them to create appropriate backup to ensure the business needs are met.
- Document defects in the defect tracking system and assist in their resolution as required.
- Review the execution log files for errors, determine the source of these errors, document them
in the defect tracking system and report them to Development as appropriate.
- Manually execute tests, record results and report test status as required.
- Identify the severity of defects in the supported product and capture this data in the provided
issue tracking/resolution system.
- Identify and provide needed revision information to product documentation.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned by management.
