I am young of 35 years, have sound background of community development and social activism. Currently working as Project Officer - Women Integrated Sexual Reproductive Health with one of the Handicap International . The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations is a specialized agency of the United Nations that leads international efforts to defeat hunger and improve nutrition and food security. Its Latin motto, fiat panis, translates to "let there be bread". As I am youth and have motivation to advocate and represent my communities’ youth at national & international level. I am confident that my struggle and movement could be more effective if I get exposure to the outside world. I want to gain useful practical insights through this program for improving my work and socio-political activism. I want to know and understand new strategies, tools and approaches by interacting with activists from other countries of the world. I am very confident and hopeful that this opportunity will provide me better venues for expanding my network and help me in creating a better enabling environment for my community and Pakistan in the future. I desire to learn from the experiences and lessons learnt by the other emerging leaders around the world that would help me to enhance and sustain my vision for our community’s development. The training program will prove a change agent for me who have never had the experience to share our learning and gaining knowledge from various ethnic, religious and diversified youth leaders. Moreover, if I would be provided the chance to attend the training program, I will represent our national issues and policy making where representation of our youth is nonexistent.
