SALES EXECUTIVE / TECHNICAL SALES EXECUTIVE
Job Description
Efficiently manage given customer accounts + any project allocated.
Bid all opportunities decided by Directors to ‘Yes Bid’
Continuous and timely follow-ups on quotation / orders / goods acceptance.
All communication Verbal and written to be timely updated in file and module.
Track on given sales target
Guidance / working on all Technical Inquiries
Introduce New Brands and Distributorships related with Instrumentation or else in collaboration with the ‘Head of Engineering & Consultations’
Customer relationship, especially with the ‘end users’ for current and upcoming inquiries.
Maintain Tender Progress Sheet TPS & Daily Things to Do TTD – without fail.
Finalize tender working in accordance with the direction given and in line with the checklist of details require for pricing.
Handover case to ‘Director Operations’ for pricing at least 2 working days before due date for local and at least 3 working days for out of city tenders.
