i. Candidates applying for, Engineering, Pharmacy and Veterinary discipline(s) will also submit a copy of registration certificate of Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), Pharmacy Council Pakistan (PCP), Pakistan Veterinary Medical Council (PVMC) and Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planning (PCATP) respectively, along with the application.
ii. Any graduate of the IUB shall not be eligible for appointment on tenure track in the same department of the University where he/she has obtained his/her terminal degree for at least 3 years following his/her graduation.
iii. Detailed terms and conditions for appointment under TTS may also be seen on the Higher Education Commission (HEC) website: (www.hec.gov.pk).
iv. The foreign qualified candidates should attach Equivalence Certificate from the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC).
v. In case a candidate claims that his/her qualification is equivalent/relevant to the prescribed qualification, he/she will be required to submit equivalence/relevance certificate of his/her foreign/local qualification, issued by the Competent Authority of HEC/PMDC/PEC of concerned Administrative Department, which will be accepted by the University, at the time of scrutiny. If a candidate fails to submit Equivalence/relevant Certificate issued by the
Competent Authority his/her candidature shall be cancelled.
vi. In case, degree has not been issued, a Certificate /Notification to that effect signed by the Controller of Examination (only) of degree awarding university might be accepted. In all cases, statement of experience must be supported by certificates from the employers.
vii. All Quotas will be observed as per rule.

ii. The candidates are advised to provide only their personal Mobile number (Not Portable Cell Number) at the time of submission of applications, so that the SMS delivery will be ensured.
iii. The candidates have also to submit 05 complete sets of applications for the post of Professor & Associate Professor bearing attested copies of degrees, certificates,
one photograph for each set and one copy of the online challan (non-refundable) amounting of Rs. 5000/- for the post of Professor & Associate Professor till 31.01.2022 last date for submission of online applications, followed by submission of hard copy dully signed online application form along with attested copies of
testimonials till 04.02.2022 at the mentioned below address:

iv. Candidates already in service should apply through proper channel, by due date and submit service certificates issued by their present and former employers otherwise their applications will not be entertained.
v. Candidates applying on Regular basis, TTS and Contract Basis should apply separately and clearly mention the post , Department & mode of appointment (Regular Basis/TTS /Contract Basis)
vi. Candidates applying for more than one post shall submit separate application from(s) along with separate application processing fee.
2. The University Reserves the Rights:
i. Not to fill/withdraw any advertised post /withhold the appointment against any post, without assigning any reason thereof or consider a person for appointment in a lower cadre against the post advertised.
ii. To shortlist the candidates on the basis of academic qualifications and experience/test only short-listed candidates will be called for interview.
iii. To increase or decrease the number of vacancies as per availability of funds/ seats in the budget.
iv. Nature of posts can be changed according to the need of the University.
v. These posts will be filled subject to approval of competent authority.
