We are seeking an experienced UI UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications

Position Type: Full Time onsite

Location: Karachi, Pakistan

The Role – Purpose & Responsibilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and user requirements and translate them into design solutions
• Design and create wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces for web applications using tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve the user experience
• Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across multiple applications
• Work closely with developers to ensure that the design is implemented correctly and meets functional requirements
• Monitor and analyse user feedback and usage data to identify opportunities for improvements and new features
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and apply them to improve design processes and techniques
• Communicate design decisions and rationale effectively to stakeholders and project team members, including developers, product managers, and executives.

Qualifications/Skills required
 A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a portfolio that demonstrates a strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and a track record of delivering high-quality design solutions.
 Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is also preferred.
 Strong skills in visual design, layout, typography, color, and user interface design. Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design solutions to stakeholders.
 A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, and the ability to apply them to real-world design challenges.
 Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to identify and solve complex design problems through user research, prototyping, and iterative design processes.
 Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to effectively present and defend design decisions to stakeholders.
 Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team, including designers, developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
 Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities, and the willingness to learn and adapt to new design tools and technologies.
 A genuine passion for design and a strong desire to create beautiful, intuitive, and user-friendly products.
