Job Description:

Axxon BPO is currently hiring Verifier / Experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team. We are looking for skilled individuals with experience in customer service, especially those who can excel in verification tasks and manage customer interactions professionally. The role involves verifying customer information, ensuring data accuracy, and providing exceptional service through clear communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform outbound calls to verify customer information and confirm data accuracy
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Meet performance targets and handle verification-related tasks with attention to detail
Uphold company standards and ensure compliance with policies

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service or a related role, preferably in a call center environment
Strong communication skills in English and Urdu
High attention to detail and ability to work independently
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
