About the Role
Fixit Consultech is seeking a reliable and organized Virtual Assistant to support our daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
Assist with data entry and record-keeping
Handle client communication and follow-ups
Maintain and organize digital files
Coordinate internal tasks and communicate with team members
Perform online research as needed
Support daily operational and administrative activities
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work setup
Familiarity with task management tools e.g., Trello, Asana is a plus
