The job responsibilities are as follows:

Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts reconciling variances; inputting data.
Delivers supplies and equipment to departments by receiving and transferring items.
Reconciliation of customer ledger maintained at the Branch with customer record maintained by the branch/sales team.
Reconciliation of ledger accounts with customers from time to time.
To receive & record cash/cheque received from customers/sales team in cash book/cheque register on a prompt basis and preservation of postdated cheques.
