• Strong graphic-design skills, including fluency in Photoshop
• Demonstrated understanding of standards-based HTML and CSS
• Proficient in Adobe Flash-based animation
• Passion for design and a strong artistic sense
• Perform maintenance and updates to existing websites when requested
• Knowledge and experience with website design, HTML, DHTML, Javascript, database development, relational database design, and database protocols. Must be able to address HTML and scripting compatibility issues between different browsers and computing platforms.
• Candidate must be self-sufficient and have good English oral and written communications skills.
