Responsible for handling routine break down maintenance, Trouble Shooting and Installations of Electrical equipment’s like Emergency Generator, Standby Turbine Generator, VSD/VFD Motors, UPS System, ELECTRICAL SCADA Switchgear System, LT/HT Motors, LT/HT Transformers, Starter Panels MCCS, Batteries and Battery Chargers, Submersible Pump Motors of Water & Oil Wells, Plant and Oil Field Lightings in Gathering Centers, Gas Booster Station , Maintenance Work Shops & Oil fields All work activities like work Request, Service Request, Material Request & work order with “JSA” of Electronic Cold, Hot, Permit have been done by “CMMS” “MMMS” “EBEAM”&“DIMSEWP/WORK PLACE” Completed Through Computerized System • 1. Liaise with the client for maintenance planning on daily basis. • 2. Arrange the spares and consumables required for electrical equipment’s maintenance. • 3. Organize the work force, equipment’s and necessary special tools for Preventive and breakdown activities. • 4. Conduct the job safety analysis for major maintenance activities. • 5.Conduct the toolbox talk to ensure the awareness about the job to be performed • 6. Endorse the work permit like hot work, cold work, and vehicle entry. • 7. Maintain the equipment’s history cards and other preventive maintenance records. • 8. Attends the callouts for emergency breakdown. Responsible for handling routine break down maintenance, trouble shooting and installations of Electrical equipment’s like emergency generators, switchgears, Motors, Transformers, Starter panels, MCC’s Batteries and Battery Chargers, Submersible Pump Motors of Water and Oil Wells, Plant and oil field Lightings in Gathering Centers, Gas Booster Stations. Supervision and direct activity to assigned personnel in Electrical Maintenance and Installation works at Gathering Centers [GC’s] Gas Booster Station [BS’s], Workshops & Oil Fields etc.
