I wish to apply for the post of which I saw advertised on the Intranet Service website. I have a long-standing interest in the Administration and field work and I believe that I have the qualities and experience required to be a successful in my field and achieve the highest level results within the Organizational Hierarchy. My enthusiasm for pursuing a career in this area stems from my interest in working and improving skills set. My desire to make full use of my abilities in motivating people to make a difference. Through my previous endeavor, I was taught how to deal with various problems within Organization and find a solutions which increase my better understanding of the employment prospect as well Organization set of rules by which it Operates. After my experiences with Preceding Employers, I have gained to take challenges in the line of field work, but at the same time encouraging team-orientation and competitive stance, abilities to channel work pressure to meet the dead lines under the shortest period of time. Motivating people to work in team-oriented has become more crucial these days, as with achieving a worthwhile goal is something that I find hugely enjoyable and rewarding.
