Profile Strategic planning and professional capacity building for result oriented programmes and projects in the private and public sectors have been my main area of expertise for the past 34 years. I have been a key contributor to the monitoring and evaluation of learning processes and ensuring quality in programmes by capacity building leading to paradigm shifts in public and private sectors. I have worked closely with the Quality Assurance Agency – HEC, Secretary Higher Education, Chairman, Pakistan Science Foundation, Punjab Education Foundation and the Pakistan Audit Department. Designing and implementing projects for professional development of human resource has been my special interest and I have been successful in my endeavours in these areas. Currently working as Director, Quality Enhancement Cell at GC University Lahore, I am responsible for strategic planning and effective implementation. This position also entails assessment and review of academic programmes, academic audits, assisting the Vice Chancellor in designing research policy; and professional development of both the academic and administrative staff for their Self Assessment. I am a HEC Resource Person responsible for training Principals/Vice Principals in Minimum Quality Standards under Tertiary Education Support Programme TESP a World Project DLI 4. I am certified by Quality Assurance Agency UK as External Quality Reviewer and a member of HEC Review Panel, responsible for Institutional Performance Evaluation Review IPER under DLI 9 a project of World Bank.
