I am an individual person who stays abreast of his field, which understands technology, who earns 100% team support, and who is as -committed as it takes to achieve total success. I have double Master degrees in MA English & MA Sociology. I am affiliated with SANJOG as Master Trainer in Child Rights Education Program CREP. In last year, I was supervised a campaign as Project Officer in project of USAIDs naming "Citizen Voice Project" in district Nuasheroferoze for promoting "Importance of Local Government System". Before this, I had completed my job assignment as Project Coordinator for GBV project supported by Aurat Foundation in GEP program for District Dadu with GSSS. I had also worked with CCHD as a Project Officer Protection for IDPs and also served my responsibilities as District Constituency Coordinator in IRCs FAFEN Project for governance . I also supervised as Project Officer Shelter with UNOPS and leaded other emergencies projects with GSSS and other reputed organizations. Also lead the different programs of hygiene, community development and protection; I got several ToTs including Early Grade Reading of Class I & II Sindhi Meduim, Climate Change, BCC, Scio Psycho Support from Lead , Rozan as well PSDW-HPP. I conducted more than 50 trainings on various development themes in different projects with different organizations including on GBV, Human Rights, Good Governance, Resource Mobilization , Community and Social Mobilization, Gender, Peace , Women Rights, Advocacy Skills, Leadership, Success Stories, Resource Generation , Report Writing, Proposal Writing, Project Management, Environment and Climate Change. I also got Master Training Courses for CHP, Climate Change Lead , TOT on Socio Psycho Support from Rozan Islamabad. Recently I was part of National Survey named "Early Grade Reading Assessment" EGRA conducted by MSI & VTT in Sindh for District Dadu and Karachi.
