I have been in development sector from September 2004 and have throughout worked with National & International organizations including Actionaid & PRSP.I want to draw your kind attention on my personal background. As a social scientist, team leader of different projects in civil society organizations I have developed my skills in team motivation, able to develop a resource mobilization strategy and related plans To implement capacity building program for CCB’s, CSOs and other Local Government stakeholders;, public speeches with different stakeholder, presentations and conduct trainings. I have strong experience of program advocacy & communication, Coordination with training institutions and NGOs working in similar fields of capacity building donor’s coordination and government liaison. Over the past eight years I have been actively coordinating with major donors for programs and evaluations and Strengthening, Partner NGOs, CSOs, Media, government officials and policy makers. I have been arranged and attending clusters and forums related coordination meetings of Partner organization and community organizations (COs ) for Information sharing, documentation and learning. I have worked on Budgeting of program to improve basic infrastructures for clean water and sanitation , Fund raising for CCB’s and local organization on public health schemes. Reports writing on field activities, Besides I extensively worked on preparation of communication material for visibility and larger dissemination among beneficiaries and partners. My all above achievements were only possible because of my versatile working habits, excellent communication and writing skills and strong interpersonal communication and PR with donors and stakeholders.
