I am working as an assistant manager quality assurance and stores manager of technical stores fix wing aircraft as well as rotor crafts. I am also an authorized quality inspector parts receiving by the national civil authority.My job is to conduct internal organizational audit as well as external audits in our partner MROsmaintenance, repair and overhaul facilities and well as procedures.As quality assurance engineer, I, along with manager QA formulate, amend and submit the company procedures and policies to national civil aviation authority, specifically known as maintenance organization exposition, this exposition then become the law of company.My jobs also includes to conduit the training need analysis of all staff on 03 months basis and recommend those in need of any additional training.I segregate the received parts as per their status and their nature followed by incoming inspection.Any discrepancy found is immediately dealt with the corresponding steps, like placing the parts in quarantineat separate facility from serviceable components followed by communication with vendor or original equipment manufacturer. Un-serviceable parts are placed at U/S facility till further notice, they are mutilated or sent for repair as per the circumstantial requirements.Monthly periodic checks are made for all the inventory including chemical store so that there is no doubt of discrepancy in available inventory.Special tools are calibrated on yearly basic with the record of past 03 years.
