I stepped into the industry as an internee working on different positions in the Front office management, housekeeping, Food and beverage services and sales and marketing in different hotels and restaurants while earning my honours degree in hotel management at American College Nicosia Cyprus. My last internship was in Panareti Pafos and Coral bay Resorts where I worked permanently for five years in the Front office and housekeeping departments as Rooms division Manager. During that time I earned a Bachelor’shons Degree in Travel and Tourism management as well and feel I can contribute my practical experiences and academic knowledge with MSI Pakistan. In my last position as Manager inbound tours operation in Dubai at Orion tourism LLC I have oversight of the food, lodging and housekeeping activities of different hotels in Dubai during dealing with their sales and marketing departments. In addition I work hand-in-hand with the CEO Orion tourism llc to ensure profitability, exceptional customer service and high quality staff performance. With my hands-on experience since 2002 till today, in almost every sector of the industry, I believe, I can step into the role of Manager travel with every confidence of success. In my current position as General manager at demanchi hotel in Naran I deal with reservations of individual guests and groups, revenue management, back office accounting, marketing and promotions, human resources and general operation of the hotel.
