I would like to introduce myself, I have 6 years Experience in development sector. Especially 3 years work in education and 3 years work in Mother and child health on community development and networking at gross root level as well as policy level . I have been remained Master Trainer and project Officer in Two Organization 1: Youth Together for Human Rights EducationYTHRE .I have vast Experience with reference of Human Rights and education .such as I worked in Government and Private schools, Collaged and Universities in Karachi and delivered different lectures regarding education and I have expertise in human and child rights governance including education, training and capacity building ,advocacy ,monitoring and Evaluation ,conducted training ,supervised and contributed in many research and and organized workshop and seminar . And my 2nd in Rural Support Programe NetworkRSPN as a Master Trainer and Field Monitoring Officer under USAID Programe MNCH .i worked in remote and uncovered areas where LHWs did not working in areas. And also regular based travel in 10 districts of sindh for monitoring CHWs work and developed Manual for CHWs five days training on Technical Support ,formation VHC and community support group in sindhi level. delivered lecture to staff on gender equality ETC.
