Dear Sir, I’m a degree (B. Arch.) qualified Architect by profession. I’ve more than 17 years of post-qualification work experience. Most of my experience is in Pakistan working with nationally renowned A&E consultants working on large scale Planning and Design Projects including site supervision of the designed works. Currently I’m working as “Principal Architect” with Pakistan Engineering Services (PES) on a mega hydropower project costing US$ 6.5 billion. Its 4320 Megawatt “Dasu” Hydropower Project. Japanese firm “Nippon Koei” is the lead firm and our company PES is working with them as local partner. I’m heading the “infrastructure section” of the project as “Principal Architect” where I’m mainly responsible for the Planning and design of the project’s main residential colony, Power house building, Dam control House, Project Offices, Club, Community Center, Hospital, High Schools, Amenities and other facility buildings of the project. I’m also being involved in the Planning and design of Resettlement villages for the project affected populations to be displaced. I have vast experience of Design & Preparing Architectural Detailed Drawings, Master Planning/ Town Planning of Sites, Landscape design, Coordination between different trades, Quantities / Costing, Contract documentation as well as Site Supervision / implementation. I've previously worked on "Al-Ghurair's" mega project of high rise apartments in Islamabad, where I worked as design coordinator for the project in 2006 to 2008.
