With over one and half year of hospital experience as an internee in counseling, diet making, meal planning, and nutrition education. I have a great and vast experience in cooking, baking and grilling. I know which alternatives and combinations would be good to go. I am confident I can be a valuable member. I have earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from a Riphah International University, also doing my Master degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Riphah International University and have worked in a variety of clinical settings which are Hameed Latif hospital, Ittefaq Hospital during my BS internship from University and RNDC. My clients have included people with diabetes, heart disease, digestive issues, and people who are obese or underweight. I have also provided counseling for children, adolescents and old age group to help them develop healthy eating habits. I have a deep knowledge of nutrition and the current dietary guidelines. I am skilled at creating individualized meal plans to meet the needs of each client and understand the importance of keeping up with the latest nutrition research.
