As a team player, I sensitized and participated in committees; Member College Examination Malpractice Committee EMC, Member Counseling Association of Nigeria CASSON, Member Students’ Disciplinary Committee and school improvements activities through School-Based Management Committee SBMC, Parents Teachers Association PTA, Whole School Development Plan WSDP and School Self Evaluation SSE all geared towards improved teaching and learning, and to help promote positive school-community relationship for a better environment for students, staff and the community at large, by attending meetings, participating in the recruitment of the locals volunteers, and enrolment drive campaign. This led to community ownership of the school, maintenance/renovation of school blocks, monitoring of teaching and learning activities, students attendance, and repairs of furniture and sometimes replacement. This helped to relieve the school management of the money that would have been spent on renovation or replacement of furniture and improved teaching, learning, and increased student attendance.
