Maintaining list of qualified welders and timely revalidation of qualified welders by third party. Preparation of isometric drawings weld map and as built drawings from piping plane and PNID. Calculation of repair ratio of each welder to maintain record of welder efficiency, carried out all field inspection concerned with piping,Request for NDT and Coordination with NDT team, Review and control the NDT document. Prepare piping punch list pretest and posttest. Completion of all documentations to make final dossiers for client review approval and permanent record. Daily co-ordination meeting with Inspectors regarding technical queries and QC related issues. Follow the safety policy of UEPL. Daily tools box talk with worker before Staring of the job.
