An Islamabad-based IT Company Web Development & SEO Services** located on Islamabad Expressway near Ghauri Town VIP, Khanna Pul, is hiring a **Customer Care Representative CCR cum PA to CEO** with strong English grammar and communication skills.
### **Job Responsibilities**
* Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional attitude when dealing with customers.
* Respond to customer queries quickly and effectively.
* Communicate with customers through multiple channels calls, WhatsApp messages, email, etc..
* Acknowledge and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
* Understand company products and services thoroughly to answer questions confidently.
* Process customer orders, applications, forms, and service requests.
* Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.
* Coordinate with internal teams whenever needed.
* Provide suggestions to improve customer service processes.
* Perform data entry tasks as assigned.
* Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering reliable and professional support.
### **Requirements**
* University degree highly preferred but not mandatory
* Good command of English is essential will be preferred.
* Basic understanding of IT and MS Office.
* Fresh or Experienced both can apply.
**Basic Job training will be provided.**
### **Salary Package**
* **Starting Salary:** Rs. 30,000 – 45,000 based on skills & experience, including salary + bonus.
* **Performance Bonuses** on achieving monthly targets.
