My name is Abdul Ghaffar, as far as my highest qualification is concerned, I have done BS in Chemical Engineering from NWFP UET Peshawar. Currently, I am working as Technical ManagerR & D with AIM Industries uae sharjah based. I started off my career as an Assistant Technical Manager with the same company in July, 2013. If I mention my professional skills, I am technically quite sound in doing all kinds of technical works that required to be done in a R&D Lab such as conducting experiments,Performing analytical tests of products as per ASTM standard test methods, New products formulations, development of the formulas of the existing products, Quality controllingProduct orientated, Quality AssuranceProcess Orientated, troubleshooting of problems found. I am also quite good in fruitful supervision and management as well. If I talk about my strengths, I always pay attention to details,planning & execution.I strongly believe in excellence and perfection which is sometimes hard to achieve and takes a bit of time, to persue perfection is one of my weaknesses.
