He has an exclusive experience of working rural areas of the Sindh and has special interest and expertise in organizing rural communities particularly conducting meetings in villages. Abdul Hameed Currently working with International Rescue Committee as voluntarily in BDRP Mr.Hameed is working with International Rescue Committee IRC since November 2010. He has completed the wash projects in North Sindh as Hygiene Promotion Officer. WASH projects were supported by the European Commission. After completing WASH projects Mr. Hameed was transferred to Food Security and Livelihood project as Community Mobilization Officer. He has completed PEPSA III, IV and working in PEPSA V. He has also completed Early Recovery Fund ERF by UNOCHA in 2011 and 2013. He also has Worked as Social Mobilizer at Sindh Rural Support Organization SRSO as well as In-charge Social Mobilization Unit in Kashmore Kandhkot. He has lead the diversified team of 15 team member. He has worked with Marvi Rural Development Organization as Hygiene Promoter in Pakistan Safe Drinking Water and Hygiene Promotion Project PSDW-HPP a USAID funded project.He incurred the responsibilities of mobilizing the rural community and conducted Surveys with Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund in different districts of Sindh and also conducted survey by World Bank on House Hold Census and National Education Census by Federal Bureau of Statistics. He has also worked in Arsenic and Mitigation Program as Social Organizer with SAFWCO.
