I am working as a Junior Engineer in Continental Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd and deputed in Jinnah International Airport Karachi with care-off Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority since July 2018, where I use to head the team of 89 officials. My responsibilities are to look after the administrative issues of employees, resource management, looking after diverse types of maintenance activities at highly occupied premises at airport, operational activities, and development issues related to facilities. Where different type of contracts formulation, execution and handling is carried out locally. I used to promote different facilities of my company to stake holders to enhance the overall revenue of company. The promotion of different commercial activities through branding, providing the space for different business activities. Planning and controlling to enhance the commercial activities which ultimately results in high profit. I use to look after the management issues regarding the integrated functions in the field of quality management system, environmental management system, safety management system. I was involved in different project related activities where I supervised the complete passenger boarding bridges replacement project, and different other escalators, elevators and infra structure replacement projects. I have supervised different Electrical projects primarily designed for commercial buildings. The installation of different capacities generators, transformers, testing and commissioning have been supervised by me. I have conducted different training sessions on O&M courses of passenger boarding bridges where the local and foreign trainees were trained. I have developed so many procedures for performing different airport operations. That is directly benefiting ground handlers and airport authorities.
