I am basically an Electronics Engineer passed BE from NED University Karachi having Post Graduation in Electrical Communication from Polytechnic of Turin Italy and did EMBA in Project Management from Preston University Islamabad. I have Served 28 years in Pakistan Air force and Ministry of Defence in different Management and Commanding Capacities and after retirement in July 2008 joined PTCL Procurement and Supply Chain Department as General Manager Contracts Turnkey Project for 7 years wherein by Utilizing Project Management and Negotiation Skills, signed almost 800 Contracts with different Chinese, European and Local Companies. I have vast knowledge of training in College of Aeronautical Engineering PAF Academy Risalpur for two years, Technical Institute Dhahran Saudi Arabia for three years and Quality and Training Control office in Air Electronics Depot for more than four years. My strong expertise are as under: a) Strong understanding of budgeting procedures b) Good understanding of Supply Chain Management and Logistics procedures and Inventory Management c) Knowledge of procurement methods & procedures in a large scale centralized function as well as expertise in Contracts Negotiations using negotiation skills, Contracts reviews for signing with different vendors, administration and applications of contracts through project management skills d) Knowledge of Export and Import of material transaction and Custom clearance expertise e) Knowledge of law, rules, regulations and other requirements governing the purchase of commodities and services in Pakistan Project Management and Process Management f) Time Management and utilization of all activities of the organization with devotion and dedication as well as manage Training activities in excellent manner as gave training at different institutions g)Very high leadership qualities to lead from the front for Admin and HR Services and training facilities Keeping in view above, I am now available for the full time job in your organization as I also retired from PTCL upon my 60th Birthday on 5th May, 2016, to provide my services efficiently if opportunity is given to me.
