Cover Letter Sir/Madam I am writing to express my interest working in USAID. My qualification is M. Sc. in Microbiology and B. Sc. Zoology, Botany and Chemistry. I have attracted toward both projects and preferred Host Pathogen interactions in Human Models because my experience lies working on Human Pathogens as enclosed in resume furthermore my M. Sc. thesis topic was “Prevalence of urinary tract infections and their antibiotic sensitivity in tertiary care hospital Lahore” which best describes host pathogen interactions. After getting degree of Microbiology from The University of Lahore-Pakistan in 1st January 2013 I did excellent work on human pathogens and have published four research articles, all of my published research articles were on Human pathogens which are best description about host pathogen interactions. The list of research article is in my resume. I have studied Patho-physiology, Comparative Physiology, Anatomy, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology and Microbial and Genetics of animals including Human. I have got specialization in microbial culture, Microscopy, Biochemical tests, Molecular diagnosis; Serological tests (Elisa for bacterial and viral pathogens) intended for conduction of laboratory work. I have worked as Microbiologist in Allama Iqbal Medical College for one year dealing pathogenic microbes, Punjab emergency Service for six months and The Medical Laboratories Lahore-Pakistan for 9 months so that I can do this project very efficiently moreover I have excellent experience of conducting research in these institutions. these projects are good opportunity to eradicate and eliminate infectious agents. My previous research work, articles and my educational background are indicators of my level of passion for these USAID projects. Keeping in view my length of research experience, publications in International journals, my educational background and my passion for working in USAID makes me superior to get your projects than other applicants.
