In my current job as an Audit Associate with BDO Ebrahim Chartered Accountants, I am responsible for assisting the audit of various NGOs including Save the Children, KNH etc. in addition to audit of some manufacturing and service organisations like Sarina Thermoplastics Pvt Limited, Mobilink etc. and Overseeing the work of 2 other audit assistants etc while in my previous job as an Accountant with HSK Chartered Accountants,Manchester, UK, I was responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping; sales,purchase & general ledgers maintenance; bank reconciliations; payroll preparations;calculation of income tax, corporation tax and vat liabilites;filling & filing of income tax,vat and corporation tax returns; preparation of financial statements for sole-traders, partnerships and limited companies,Advising clients and submission of annual returns and annual accounts to companies house. I am also well versed with bookkeeping and payroll softwares such as VT transaction+,VT Final accounts,Payroll Manager and HMRCs basic PAYE tools and some basic knowledge of Oracle in addition to excellent knowledge of MS Excel. I class myself a hardworking,flexible,adaptive,excellent team player and positive individual who always sees glass as half full. In addition to English I can fluently speak Pashto,Urdu, Hindku and Punjabi.
