In my current role as a Monitoring & Evaluation Coordinator at the Punjab Population Innovation Fund PPIF under the World Bank Funded Project, I have developed and maintained a comprehensive M&E framework tailored to the objectives and indicators of various projects. My experience includes defining clear monitoring protocols, ensuring alignment with international best practices, and supporting the development of early warning systems and risk mitigation measures for human rights crises. Additionally, I have conducted training for private providers on family planning, enhancing their capacity to deliver essential services. I have successfully managed multi-year monitoring frameworks, coordinated with external stakeholders, and facilitated knowledge sharing and dissemination of best practices. Previously, as a Monitoring & Evaluation Associate at PPIF, I undertook field-level monitoring of projects, coordinated with partners, and developed systems to ensure good practice and sectoral standards. My role involved conducting research studies, preparing reports, and providing administrative support to document lessons learned and best practices. In addition to my professional experience, my role as a Youth Officer at Rahnuma FPAP allowed me to implement youth-focused initiatives on sexual and reproductive health and rights SRHR and human rights. I facilitated workshops and training sessions to empower young individuals on SRHR-related topics. Notably, I engaged with vulnerable transgender communities, providing specialized training on HIV/AIDS awareness. As part of the NEET Girls project, I also conducted educational and skill-building sessions for marginalized young girls, focusing on a gender-transformative approach. My educational background, including an MPhil in Sociology from Forman Christian College University FCCU and a BS in Gender & Development Studies from Lahore College for Women University LCWU, has equipped me with a solid foundation in sociological theories and gender studies. These academic pursuits have honed my analytical and critical thinking skills, enabling me to approach complex social issues with a nuanced perspective.
