Currently i am working with a local organization in Islamabad which enhanced my skills in different projects am assenting with the State Disaster Risk management Plan for AJK and District Disaster Risk Management plan for the ten districts of Kashmir. Moreover, i am assigning my inputs with the Procurement plan for SDMA in AJK. Working in these projects magnifies my reporting skills as well as working under pressure circumstances. My most recent experience includes social work at UNDP RAHA enhanced my skills in field regarding formation of community organizations in remote area identifying their needs through participatory approach, organizing different training for office barriers to upgrade their skills in community development, participating in DCC meeting in focal districts to identify the issues and suggest the mechanism to sort out the existing problems. Pass through this phase injected in my personality a positive and motivational attitude. My leadership style focuses on engaging team members to communicate, dynamically solve problems and deliver the highest quality solutions. Additionally, my unique background makes me a strong leader for major change projects. I have devoted my career to developing proven projects and program management strategies in order to meet or exceed international organization policies.
