I also have the training to manage contracts, M.T, administration , coordination , safety, protocol & security to determine the cause and then to create and execute a solution, so everything is well done in any aspect. As to my belief, "what starts well, ends well". I have also conducted pre-operational risk assessments on new sites and design risk mitigation measures. I am also familiar with a wide variety of other practices, and procedures of safety & execution. This in-depth knowledge fundamental s are attributed to the training I received during my professional experience and certifications. Adding, I have excellent communication skills with the ability to explain the rules to the employees in such a way that they can understand not only the rules but also why it is vital that they follow them at all times , so as to persuade/convince client, consultant &/or contractor; depending upon my party & its interests. I possess the interpersonal skills needed to get along well with other employees and management and to work as a team to accomplish a common goal.
