A mature and ethical professional with around 16 years of diversified experience in development, strong conceptual and analytical skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multilingual, multicultural environment both in public and private sectors. I have worked extensively in different development Projects throughout Pakistan aimed to strengthen governments at all three level and civil society organizations through capacity building Programs for improving organisational governance with a special focus on financial administration, transparency and responsibility. My association both in public and private sector spanning over more than 17 years has provided me ample opportunities to understand the dynamics of Organizational governance, its importance in scheme of things and issues hampering efficient and effective service deliveries and responsive governance, in addition to Training Needs Assessment TNA ,designing and monitoring of capacity building program .Responsible for defining and developing the strategies which underpin a company’s CSR objectives. They conduct research, come up with ideas, develop policies, create detailed plans, build relationships with partner organizations, and then implement and coordinate a range of activities and initiatives, which are designed to have a positive impact on the environment and local communities. In all these programs with Public, international and National development organizations – Local Government Secretariat, People in Need, Action against Hunger, National Rural Support Program, and FATA Secretariat have given me the opportunity to work for the betterment of society. Also being national of a developing country, I have better comprehension and appreciation of the challenges developing countries are facing like sustainable development issues, In FATA Secretariat especially as Focal Person for World Bank Economic Revitalization and Rural Livelihood Projects reinforced my understanding of governance issues which has resulted in the ongoing insurgency in FATA /KP.
