I am a fresh graduate recentky completed my MBA in -Human Resource Management I have prior experience of working as a management trainee HR in a well reputed organization as a part of my bachelor’s degree program. My responsibilities included maintaining the CV’s database and assisting in hiring process. I assisted in making payroll of the employees and the internal audit of the company.I also made presentations for the training of admin staff. Experience has taught me how to build strong relationships with all departments at an organization. I have the ability to work within a team as well as cross-teams.
