LQAS means Lot Quality Assurance Sampling & PCM means Post Monitoring Camping. Selection of polio monitoring team in Gilgit Baltistan by WHO collected CVs in our department in Karakorum International university. I summited my cv for district Diamer, after interview i was selected for Diamer LQAS surveyor and I completed my survey honestly and send the team report. in Gilgit district Diamer considered a hard area and culture & methods are different from other areas. Three times i have worked as LQAS surveyor in Diamer region. Jan 2023 I got LQAS & PCM supervisor of district Diamer. My under LQAS & PCM team selected for Diamer region, first approached my team members consisting of one male and one female & i shared own experience and culture or environment of district Diamer. Telling about Diamer culture and follows norms values. I supervised both teams before field the members of both team that you both are happy & satisficed, will you work will you both happy, after their content we started our journey from Gilgit to Chilas, two hours later we reached Chilas Bazar & met the need for the team like some food etc. I have sent/ dispute a team LQAS to district Diamer Darail Valle, on the other hand, along with PCM team, I supervised PCM team & i go from Chilas to Batogha, after 4 hours regularly traveled i reached the first cluster with the PCM team. I met the local guidance in a nice way and told him in the purpose of his visit. Diamer is a back ward area of Gilgit Baltistan and Diamer culture is very tough, i called the male member of PCM team and draw mapped this cluster through the local guidance & divided the total household by the formula and team was able to reache our first sample house was to be taken, along with a local guidance and met the sample house person and introduce their self and visit purpose & stared PCM team their field work.The team members active and cooprated with each other in the field and on the first day team completed their three clusters through proper formula and mapping. I settled the PCM team in Chilas and left for the other LQAS team who field in Daril valley. I reached daril valley and met LQAS team, I checked mapping and asked about community team LQAS team brief their experiance during field. I arranged accomodation and food for team members & i completed supervisor form in NEOC app. We went in winter because the weather in Gilgit is very bad in winter and we faced a lot of difficulties due to weather like snow.
