I have worked with International Rescue Committee IRC as Operations Manager Emergency Program in Pakistan. I have worked with The Asia Foundation funded GFTAM as a District Coordinator. Strengthening the implementation of the World Health Organization-recommended strategy of Directly Observed Treatment Short Courses DOTS through an interactive community mobilization strategy; Reduction of morbidity and mortality by enhancing the role of other stakeholders, including the private sector and communities I have worked with Save the Children UK as Program Coordinator – Operation in natural disaster for earthquake affected area at Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu Kashmir AJK. I worked with CATALYST Consortium International USAID Mission as Provincial Field Coordinator. I have established a coordinating network with the government department, INGOs, LNGO and Community based Social Organizations CBOs. The major part of the assignment included training needs assessment, coordination with the experts to design training curricula, training methodologies and teaching aids, monitoring and evaluation of training and capacity building. Besides monitoring and evaluation, I participated directly in training and capacity building of trainers and senior staff. I have worked for eight years as a Community Development/Mobilization Coordinator CDC for Commissionerate for Refugees Program in Khyber Puktun Khwa KPK, UNHCR funded project, which was implemented by the Government implementing partner, the health and education program. I have an extensive experience of training needs assessment, designing and developing curricula, designing training methodologies, training of trainers and capacity building, follow-up and monitoring of activities. I have extensive experience in project management in humanitarian/development implementing NFI distribution and shelter activities in earthquake affected area and Afghan Refugees Camp management. I have diverse experience of management, team leader, supporting Human Rights, protection and conflict transformation in collaboration with the existing civil society organizations NGOs, NGOs and UN agencies. In-depth understanding of humanitarian and development work, more than twenty years of field experience in managing and implementing development and humanitarian programs in crisis mitigation and recovery, post-conflict reconstruction in Refugees/IDPs support work, and supporting peace operations/process. Good at planning, supervising, coordinating and managing Information. Organized and facilitated several workshops in the areas of capacity building in NGOs management, monitoring and evaluation for social programs, community participation as well as peace-related themes. I have always worked in difficult and remote areas and under difficult circumstances. I believe in teamwork, transparency and respect. For the last ten years, I am traveling extensively throughout the country. I understand the importance of working as a team and specially working with women and involving them in community development and management activities.
