• Greet clients and set a positive office atmosphere • Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate branches and connected with other branches of LACAS Schools. I have records of all incoming & out comings calls. • Deal with parents issues and coordinate with Mr.Haroon. • Taking feedback of parent’s applications from accounts department and acknowledged the other branches accountants and parents also. • Create and maintain updated documents like; Parents Complain Record, Task to do on daily bases, Meeting Record, Scheduled Interview Records to organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary. • Oversee sorting and distribution of incoming e-mails. • Operate office equipment, such as computer, photocopier, printers as well as working on excel, word, docs.google.com. • Taking Appointments and Arrange meetings to parents and visitors. • Organized contacts list of all branches of LACAS School on excel sheet. • Having record of ingoing and outgoing letter dispatched. • Check & balance on janitorial staff.
