Ishtiaq Ahmad
I am Ishtiaq Ahmad, recently working as a post doctorate researcher at College of Food Science and Technology, Zhejiang University of Technology, Hangzhou-310014. P.R. China currently working on preparation characterization and utilization of shiitake mushroom stipe powder as well as study the technical condition of extracting insoluble dietary fiber from bean dregs and enzymatic modification and studied structural and functional characteristics. I have the relevant academic and research expertise. I am writing this letter to explore the possibility of a postdoctoral fellowship. I am aware of the high standards of research being done at your group. Brief exposure to the research at your esteemed group will help me further sharpen my skills in the area of food science. I have done Ph.D Jun 2021 in Processing and Storage of Agriculture products in field Food Science and Engineering from Huazhong Agricultural University, Wuhan, China. During the course of my Ph.D. research work, I was the main researcher in research projects. My project was about the Study on the effect of enzymolysis potato powder on the quality characteristics, microstructure, antioxidant, microbiological and storage performance of yogurt.
