I started my career just after completing my HSc by working in my father’s owned company namely “Imran Construction Company” when we started our project “Construction of Academic Block, Student Teacher Centre and Examination Hall at University Of Malakand”. During this session I learned the basics of construction and construction industry by working with a qualified team deputed at site While practicing in the company my mind was attracted towards the construction industry and day by day my increasing interest towards the field drove me to take admission in the Civil Engineering Program and hence I started to explore some field knowledge by practicing on site. During this session I learned to read drawings, implement them on sites, got a bunch of knowledge about Equipment, Tools, Machinery and also learnt about different site operations and executions. After exploring different fields of the construction industry I worked as a director of engineering with the company where I manage different sites operations, prepare tender documents, analyze rates, manage resources
