CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES Manage and execute compelling product assortments that integrate strategic vision, guest feedback and meet or exceed financial objectives. Right Product, Right Stores, and Right Time: collaborate with Designers to develop seasonal line plans and partner with cross functional product partners to ensure garments are reflective of overall line plans whilst maintaining budget and ensuring on time delivery. Partner with planning team to ensure adherence to financial targets. Manage forecast thru monthly open-to-buy (OTB) and appropriately communicate and action potential risks and opportunities. Work in partnership with Allocations, Distribution, Visual Merchandising and Stores to ensure an efficient and accurate flow of merchandise in order to support sales targets, assortment mix and approved sell thru targets. Tracks and reviews sales to provide analysis for increased sales opportunities, meeting margin targets, proactively managing inventories and efficiently utilizing markdowns. Leads discussion in seasonal meltdown meetings, monthly product calls, weekly product pod meetings, weekly operations meetings and occasional design meetings. Identify and translate relevant trends in new products, run, innovation and fabrics, pricing. As per your requirement I have University degree with minimum 5 years of experience in merchant or buyer role. I am Proficient with all programs in Microsoft Office. I am also aware of some management systems (including, but not limited to, MMS, Retail Ideas, Maple Lake, JDA) and I am not dependent upon others for systems-related tasks such as re-pricing styles, re-routing or issuing POs, etc. Capable of mange the entire sales cycle, with success as a team or individually. With strong communication skills and dynamic presentation, professional public speaking style, also having greatest strengths is my ability to build relationship within organization with management team, professional staff and outside internationally and locally.
