I have a work experience of more than 28 years in Operations, HRM, customer care and back office support. I have been reporting to the Executive Level and have remained engaged with my team for customer care, human resource development , service provisioning, project handling and HRM. I led a team of 22 members including Engineers, Assistant Managers and other technical and admin staff. In addition to my operational work I worked on job descriptions, assigned annual tasks, handled matters related to compensation , staff training, promotion and performance reviews of staff on quarterly basis . I have a can do approach and my CV and reference can further reveal my team building approach, grip on internal and external coordination and timely response. Being responsible for the Regional Procurement Committee, I procured items on behalf of the Region for all sections and acted as an Event Manager to arrange different motivational activities.
