Responsibilities As Control Room Operator: • Responsible for reporting of incidents, unusual happening to Management updating Chief Security Officer, Operation Manger, and General Manager. • Providing information to customers / visitors on telephone regarding mall which includes shop telephone numbers, brands, and shops locations. • Receiving calls and complaints from tenants and informing to the Services Department & Operation Departments. • Key handling of Mall which includes record keeping, permanent keys taken over form Contractors, temporary and permanent issuing to Tenants, Contractors, and BurJuman Maintenance. • Controlling of Fire Fighting Systems in the Mall and record keeping. • Monitoring and controlling CCTV installed in the mall. • Responsible for the provision of CCTV recording to Dubai Police on required basis. • Working as Information Centre Representative of Burjuman Mall. • Monitoring Access Control System. • Responsible for to Make & Issuance of Access Card Access key to Business Tower, Residence, Arjaan Burjuman Rotana Hotel and Retail Tenants and record keeping. • Crowd Management in the event of Functions / VVIP Moments. • Monitoring of Fire Panel of the whole Complex. • Handling and providing the information to customers/visitors in the mall that includes brands and shops location etc. • Ensuring the resourceful operation of the CCTV, access control and Security Control Rooms. • Preparing incident reports and taking recommended appropriate follow up actions. • Responsible for providing security services to VIP visitors, protecting entity buildings ensures the safety and security of all visitors and property. • Responsible for Escalators and elevators switch on and switch off timings and break down repair.
