Task oriented & result-driven professional with 13 years of hands-on experience in Community Development, Capacity Building, M&E and Research with various National & International Organizations coupled with Master Degrees in Political Science and Project Management. I have been serving as a Provincial Monitoring Coordinator KP in a Third-Party Monitoring venture of FRD & UNICEF for one year and 3 months where I successfully supervised monitoring of 29 broad range projects of UNICEFs’ 14 partner organizations in 5 sectors Health, Nutrition, Education, WASH, & Child Protection in 20 districts of KP. Earlier, I have been working as Monitoring & Reporting Officer with Apex Consulting Pakistan, Tameer-e-Khalaq Foundation and Foundation for Rural Development FRD in joint collaboration of UNICEF and WFP respectively. Recently completed 8 trainings and 3 SAP workshops for 60 Veterinary Assistants and 307 Young Players in district North Waziristan under UNIOM’s CRA-N capacity building programme. Successfully implemented 02 projects of Schools’ Construction & Teachers’ Capacity Building with FRD-UNHCR as a Project Coordinator. Also implemented UNWFP funded “Food Assistance for Assets” project under Cash for work modality in the most food insecure and disaster-prone community of the tribal district Mohmand. The project activities contributed to increase in food production, time saving and decrease in expenses as a result community resilience was enhanced against hunger and the cataclysmic impacts of the disasters. Under RAHA program of UNHCR, supervised schools’ construction and social cohesion project and trained School Management Councils SMCs & Parent-Teacher Councils PTCs for better community interventions and students on hygiene and healthy practices in capacity of project coordinator with FRD. As a Sr. Field Supervisor, worked in FATA Secretariat Special Project & supervised grants/development projects of infrastructure, livelihood, DRR and capacity building of the marginalized communities, particularly women & children in conflict affected regions, disastrous and post conflict environment in spite of perilous security situation in the restive areas of the then FATA due to my cordial relationship with various stakeholders. In capacity of Agency Coordinator under Community For Change project of CAMP-German Embassy, supervised formation of 32 CBOs/CSOs & capacity building training of their members in different thematic areas by making their network and developing their linkages with Line Agencies and other NGOs Successfully researched and conducted SURVEYS in the tribal region with ED-LINKS, BEFARe, CAMP, FRD, British High Commission, GIZ and FATA Institutional Strengthening Project. During my pursuit, I was responsible for validity of information, data analysis and review of the collected responses. In capacity of supervisor in various projects, I have got ample experience of coordination with Government Authorities, Organizations & other stakeholders with full cognizance of the environment and sound knowledge of political situation that had enabled me to develop strong linkages with community leaders, government officials along with close liaison with print & electronic media in the best interest of project activities.
