Konstantin Tselutin
My name is Konstantin Tselutin. I am a scientific researcher in the Research Institute of Farm Animal Breeding and Genetics Laboratory of Poultry Breeding, Moskovskoe Shosse 55a St.Petersburg-Pushkin, Russia 189623. I have been working in my lab. since 1980. I am engaged in the study of freezing chicken semen. I have investigated the different methods of freezing and thawing semen, diluents and cryoprotectants glycerol, ethylenglycol, DMSO, dimethylacetamide. We have elaborated some methods of freezing poultry semen. These methods we used in the poultry farms in Russia and obtained the good results. The percentage of fertility was 83-90% and rate of production of chicken 70-80 % respectively. I worked at SAC Auchincruive AYR KAG 5HW Scotland, UK and INRA, Nouzilly, France INTAS project: The influence of the content, stability and metabolism of membrane lipids on the function and survival of poultry spermatozoa in vitro and vivo. I worked in Beltsville Agricultural Research Center, Beltsvile 20705, USA. I worked in the research center in UAE NARC, Adu Dhabi.
