1. As a retired Air Commodore with extensive experience in Military Operations, Command and Staff, Human Resource, and Project Management, I am confident that I possess the necessary skills and qualifications to excel in this role. 2. I have always been passionate about making a positive impact on society and improving the lives of others. Presently volunteered as Secretary Pakistan Air Force Retired Officers Association PAFROA and working as Joint Secretary PAFROA for six months. 3. Having served in the military for around 35 years, I have developed strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills. I have led and managed teams, both large and small, in high-pressure and complex environments. My experience in Military Operations and Command and Staff has honed my ability to think strategically, make quick and effective decisions, and adapt to changing situations. I also have a strong background in Human Resource Management, having led the recruitment, training, and development of personnel throughout my career in general and two stint as Human Resource Manager / Director in Particular. 4. While my career in the military has been fulfilling, I am now looking for an opportunity to utilize my skills and experience in a different setting. I am particularly drawn to the fact that this role involves working with a diverse team, both within the organization and with external partners. As a retired military officer, I have had the privilege of working with people from different backgrounds, cultures, and nationalities. 5. In addition to my military experience, I have also completed a Masters degree in International Relations that contributed in strong understanding of the United Nations values and principles. Additionally, I have undergone Air Force Senior Command and Staff Course at Beijing, China where I qualified Chinese Language Level-II.
