Mehmoona Khurshid
I have done BS Hon’s in Mass Communication and Media Studies from Fatima Jinnah Women University. My major was Electronic Media. Currently I am working with Gateway institute of Superior Services as Executive Coordinator i am managing their marketing, accounts and all the coordination between faculty and students, as the faculty consists of Ambassadors, Generals and High Official Luminaries so i coordinate with them on daily basis other than that i am managing all the file work and administration of the institute. I am also handling their website and all social media pages. Before that I worked for two years with Pearl Continental Hotel, Rawalpindi as F&B Coordinator and it gave me a lot of exposure. I have worked in PC as a Banquet Coordinator, Acting Executive Secretary and Acting PR Manager as well. During my studies i did internship in Marketing Department of Unicom Company, Islamabad. I have a tendency to mold my self-according to the environment and i am capable of working in groups as well. During my tenure in Pearl Continental Hotel, Rawalpindi, i learned how to meet budget and how to reach the target audience, i have always been passionate about meeting new people and the reason behind it is my confidence, I am very good at building good professional relationships with people. During my studies I have had the privilege to better my communication skills and i also made a documentary on Ghizer that is a district of Gilgit Baltistan as my thesis project. Secondly as a media student during my studies I have learned how to deal with different people.
