Specific to job requirements of the subject position, I had the central role as I worked with various national and international organizations in different positions. I also worked with government department particularly with Planning and Development Department Gilgit while working with NACS. I also worked with District Administrations of Skardu and Ghance while working with NDMA/GBDMA as District Disaster Risk Management Coordinator and coordinated with various international humanitarian organizations in constructing 151 transitional shelters for the IDPs of Talis Ghanche. Related to disaster management and being focal person of NDMA I had the opportunity to work with other partner organizations particularly, Pakistan Red Crescent Society, UN Habitat and IOM Pakistan. I also developed DRM Plans/Profiles for DDMAs District Skardu and Ghanche. I had been involved in devising operational policies for Baltistan Culture and Development Foundation and IUCN Pakistan in collaboration of relevant donors and various Program Offices. I developed an Operational manual comprised of financial, administrative and HR rules for the BEDAR Project of BCDF. In addition, I had to manage various training components of BCDF i.e. Gems, Woodcraft, Wool Fabrics and Apricot Oil enterprises. Being Manager Monitoring and Evaluation I had to take the lead role in identifying and implementing overall planning, monitoring and Evaluation PM&E system for the projects in relation to project results, activities, indicators and review procedures, establishing data collection procedures; Review, adopt, test and modify existing/available M& E tools, techniques and methods to suit the specific needs of the project, provide guidance and support to Project Team in project implementation and or modification of data collection, monitoring and review procedures and assessment of results and activities, prepare and implement a program for enhancing the M&E capacities of project team members, organize and conduct M&E workshops for project team, facilitate annual and periodic review and assessment exercises and prepare Yearly Plan of Operations/QPRS/Annual Reviews for BEDAR/BCDF Moreover, I have developed many project proposals for BCDF and other Community Organization in Baltistan for socio-economic development and to contribute climate change. Many of them have been funded. Presently I am working with Mountain Areas Farmer Support Organization as CEO and developed many agricultural based project proposals out of which 3-projects are funded and few are under process.
