Development Studies which both are pertinent to social development fields and support in enhancing the adoption of new technologies to achieve academic and professional excellence. Fortunately, I do have professional work experience in social development sector initiatives’ management which involves community interaction, research work, training& development, information diffusion and technology transfer etc. I have four years professional work experience in social development sector which involves social mobilization, initiating community interaction, rapport building, collection of information, analysis of work area contexts, development of social profiles, motivating the communities to form social organizations and facilitating the planning and implementation process. During the period, carried out training programs which included design of training, preparation of materials, lesson planning and delivery, assessment of learning and program effectiveness and reporting. Also, performed monitoring of ongoing program activities, analysis of the data and preparation of reports, presentations etc. Accordingly, managed the teamwork, coordination with different stakeholders, conflict resolution, collaboration development and administration related matters at field office level. Similarly, worked on carrying out social research work including proposal development, instrument preparation and data collection, analysis by using SPSS and preparation of research reports. Through the period, produced many professional reports for official purpose and published research articles. This all provided an opportunity to enrich the knowledge in depth and harness practical skills in carrying out social research, imparting trainings, mobilizing the communities, program planning and management, collaboration and developing partnerships and exploring ways forward.
