• Keep worker files updated as per profile check-list. Enter employee profile information in ERP. • Active Attendance of new Permanent Employees in biometric machine. • Issue employee cards. • Enter employee leave application in system and keep proper record in File box. • Before entering in ERP, Ensure that applications are properly approved. • Prepare Gate pass of workers requesting short leave. • Processing loan applications as per SOP. • Preparing daily attendance reports. • Sharing absent employee report with supervisors and HR Manager • Sharing late employee report with supervisors and HR Manager • Issue warnings and notices to workers who are habitual to leaves of absence. • Also verify Attendance Timeout Missing. • Issue warnings and notices to workers who are continuously late for longer periods. • Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format. • Assisting HR Manager in conducting interviews, recruiting, and vetting new staff. • Assist HR Manager to make improvements and implement required changes • Provide different reports required by management in timely manner. • Any other work assigned by HR Manager • Back-up to Assistant Manager HR. • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties • Compile and update employee records hard and soft copies • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data absences, leaves, etc
