For Implementation of projects I ensure that the program is in line with the donor qualitative and quantitative indicators, and for this I ensure to follow up regularly with the project budget lines and LFAs, and to develop as effective implementation strategy as it can be, feasible in ground realities, and to effectively address the real problem for which the project is meant. Provided humanitarian assistance to Refugees, IDPs, Floods and Earth Quake affected Population. Provided support to most vulnerable people like Children, Disabled, Widows, Orphans, Older, worked in the most remote areas of The Federally Administered Tribal Areas FATA Which is a semi-autonomous tribal region in northwestern Pakistan, bordering Pakistans provinces of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan to the east and south, and Afghanistans provinces of Kunar, Nangarhar, Paktia, Khost and Paktika to the west and north. Worked in the Emergency of Earth Quake 08 Oct 2005 Pakistan which left 75,000 people killed, 70,000 injured, and an estimated 3.5 million people were left homeless. Worked in 2009 IDPs crisis in Pakistan, the armed operation against the Taliban left over 1.2 million people displaced across Pakistans Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, joined by a further 555,000 Pakistanis uprooted by fighting since August 2008. Worked 2010 floods of Pakistan which directly affected about 20 million people, mostly by destruction of property, livelihood and infrastructure, with a death toll of close to 2,000 Worked in Refugee crisis , as of December 2012, approximately 1.7 million Afghan nationals were reported to be living in Pakistans Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Federally Administered Tribal Areas FATA and northwestern Balochistan. I deliver hundreds of Projects presentations to donor and government agencies, Train and build Capacity of more than thousands Staff and Communities. Experienced in General Management that includes Procurement, Financial Management, Office Security, Hiring of staff and establishment of Offices at field level.
